The 2020 Finance Bill was presented on 27 September in the Council of Ministers. The budget of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation will reach 25.49 billion euros, an increase of 500 million euros compared to 2019. Since the beginning of the quinquennium, the resources of the Ministry have increased by 1.7 billion euros, an increase of nearly 7% ….

… An effort of 5 millions€ renewed to the Carnot institutes, as in 2018 and 2019.
